How do I know which band will fit with my engagement ring?

We offer a multitude of ways to be able to know which nesting or stacking band is right for you before you purchase it. Visit our Stacking 101 page, which features the at-home printable guide, or of course booking a Virtual Appointment with our experts.

Can I learn more about Custom and Bespoke rings?

You can make a customized engagement ring or fine jewelry piece with our Bespoke or Custom experience.

Our most populer experience, Bespoke, allows every piece in our collection to be specially modified and made-to-order down to the smallest detail.

Personalize one of our signature styles by selecting your preferred stone—color, shape, size and cut. Choose from a range of metal alloys and embellish with delicate details—such as diamond pavé and hand engraving.

Our team is on-hand to guide you through our collections and reveal the unique qualities that give these precious materials their distinctive beauty.

Custom is the experience of creating a one-of-a-kind setting or style that has yet to be produced for any other client. This process can involve our in-house design experts or involve Anna directly who will explore your inspirations, ideas, and visions to create a one-of-a-kind sketch and/or rendering of your piece. Like bespoke, the custom experience allows for the choice of stones, alloys, and details to create a future heirloom that is uniquely yours.

Do you ship internationally?

We serve customers around the world via FedEx International Priority. Shipping times vary, depending on the destination country, and take approximately 3–15 business days. All pieces are fully insured during transit time and are subject to all duties and taxes imposed by the destination country.

How to begin a repair?

Please send all repair and resize requests to our team at info@annasheffield.com. Include the name on the order and desired work to be completed on your item. Our team will respond in 2-5 business days with instructions on how to ship your item back to us and the timeline for the repair work to be completed.

Do you offer any financing options?

We provide three financing options; Bread, Klarna, and Shop Pay.
